定义:纳米纤维包括直径小于100纳米通过分子有序聚集形成的纳米纤丝、及直径小于1微米通过电纺、海岛等途径制备的纳米纤维。制备:(1)纳米纤丝在自然界广泛存在。多糖(如纤维素、甲壳素)、蛋白质(如蚕丝、胶原)或两亲分子可形成纳米纤丝,如纤维素纳米晶须、甲壳素纳米晶须、蚕丝中以beta折叠为基础的纳米纤丝、以胶原蛋白alpha三螺丝为基础的纳米纤丝、以及淀粉样纳米纤丝等。纳米纤维形成的类似液晶的取向、周期性结构是天然生物材料力学性能、光学性能、生物学性能的结构学基础之一,如在节肢动物的足部表层,蛋白质包覆的甲壳素纳米纤维取向排列形成梯度分布;鱿鱼牙中甲壳素纳米纤维与无机物形成层状梯度分布;“海绵骨针”中......
